Welcome to the world of Biological Programming!!!

What is BioBhasha: Bio + Language ( Bhasha is 'Language' in Sanskrit).

FYI: No Homologs of Bhasha such as Bhasa or Basa or Basha are allowed, since each of these homologs have completely different meanings and irrelevant too.

Though they have very high sequence similarity and may prompt us to assign similar meaning, in reality it's not the case. Biology is much more complex than this.

So, the Lesson:

High Sequence Similarity May not be sufficient condition and also need not be a necessary condition to Predict structure and function of Proteins. and May be we are fishing in the Wrong Waters.

Hi Shiv Prasad, My comments on BioBhasa page: 1) The size of "BioBhasa" as header should be reduced. Important things do not need to look big in size. 2) An short but succinct introduction to concept of biological programming should be given at the very outset, rather than the translation of "BioBhasha". After the description is done, we can translate BioBhasa and it will immediately be understood by the reader. the FYI part can be replaced with a disclaimer stating clearly what cannot be done and also that it cannot be used by anyone in any form and mention the copyright on the word "Biobhasha" as a whole(i.e., case insensitive).

For now only so much Shivprasad. I still have to go through other parts.
